摘  要:针对圆柱形管道的特点,提出了一种适用于以液态铅铋合金作为冷却剂的防颗粒物沉积管道。借助热泳模型,分别计算了该管道在不同温差和不同颗粒物粒径下的防沉积能力。通过计算可以看出,壁面与冷却剂温差越高,防沉积能力越好;颗粒物粒径越大,防沉积能力越低;温差对防沉积能力的影响比粒径对其影响更大。该管道可以解决液态铅铋合金中细小颗粒物沉积于管壁,影响液态铅铋合金的流动性能和换热性能的问题。According to the characteristics of cylindrical pipe,a pipe suitable for preventing particle deposition in lead-bismuth eutectic( LBE),which is used as the coolant in nuclear reactor,is proposed. With the help of thermophoresis model,the deposition prevention capacity of the pipe under different temperature difference and different particle size was calculated respectively. The calculation shows that the anti-deposition capacity of the pipe increases alone with increase of temperature difference between the pipe surface and the coolant,and the anti-deposition capacity of the pipe decreases alone with increase of diameter of the particulate matter. The temperature difference influences on the anti-deposition capacity more greatly than the particle size. Using the pipe,the fine particle deposition in LBE on pipe wall will decreases,the flowing property and the heat transfer performance of LBE can be improved.
