女金胶囊药理作用的实验研究

摘　　要：目的 :研究女金胶囊的药理作用。方法 :观察女金胶囊对催产素所致大鼠子宫和离体子宫平滑肌收缩的影响 ,并与女金丸进行比较。结果 :①女金胶囊能明显减少催产素所致子宫剧烈收缩的扭体次数 ;②女金胶囊不同浓度对正常大鼠子宫平滑肌收缩稍有抑制作用 ,但差异无显著性意义 ;而对催产素所致子宫平滑肌强烈收缩有明显抑制作用 ;③女金胶囊能明显抑制醋酸诱发小鼠扭体反应的发生。结论Objective:To research of the pharmacological action of Nujing Capsule. Metods: To observe the effecti of Nujing Capsule to the oxytocin-caused contraction of the rat's uterin and extracorporeal uterine.And compare it with that of Nujing pill.Results:①Nujing capsule decreased torsion times because of uteine contraction caused by oxytocin of the rats; ②Nujing capsule of different concentration slightly inhibited the strong uterine contraction and this action increased obviously with the increasing concentration; ③Nujing capsule inhibited the torsion reaction of the mice caused by acetic acid. Conclusion: Nujing capsule has the same pharmocologic action as Nujing pill.
