摘　　要：臀部褥疮让患者承受着身体和心灵的双重创伤。皮瓣转移术可有效地修复臀部褥疮创面,而良好的围手术期护理是手术获得成功的有力保障。术前的心理护理,术后的皮瓣血运观察、定时翻身和大小便护理是保证转移皮瓣成活的重要环节。围手术期的健康教育可调动患者及家属积极地配合治疗和护理。本文将对臀部褥疮围手术期的护理进展予以综述,以期更好地指导临床工作。Patients with buttocks bedsore endure double wounds of body and mind. Transposed skin flap can effectively reconstruct the buttocks bedsore, and the good perioperative nursing is an effective guarantee for the success of the operation. The important steps are preoperative psychological nursing, postoperative observation of flap blood supply, turning over for patients at regular time and urination and defecation nursing to guarantee the survival of the skin flap. Health education in the perioperative period could stimulate the patients and their families to actively cooperate with treatment and nursing. We here provide a review on the buttocks bedsore nursing in the perioperative period in order to guide the clinical work better.
