摘 要:为了提高泵的流量控制系统的精度,其运用西门子s7-200 PLC对泵的流量进行控制,阐述了泵的流量控制原理;PID控制原理以及PID控制在s7-200 PLC中的应用。结合PLC系统接线原理图;确定PLC的I/O分配表;进而确定硬件电路连接,利用s7-200 PLC中自带的PID向导生成PID控制程序,运用PID控制面板实现在线监控,同时采用语句表和梯形图对泵的流量进行控制。结果表明:两种方法都能实现对泵的流量控制,均提高了泵的流量控制的精度,满足工业生产的要求,同时实现了自动化控制,节约了时间和成本,提高了效率。In order to improve the precision of flow control system of the pump, this paper utilizes the Siemens s7-200 PLC to control the flow of the pump and elaborates on the flow control principle of pump; the PID control principle coupled with the PID control applied in s7-200 PLC is expounded. Combined with the wiring diagram of the PLC system, the I/O distribution list of PLC and the hardware circuit connection are determined. Through using the S7-200 PLC coming with the PID wizard gener-ates the program of the PID control;using the PID control panel realizes the online monitoring, and at the same time, the state-ment list and the ladder diagram are adopted to control the flow of the pump. The result shows that the two methods can realize the flow control of the pump, improve the precision of flow control of pump and meet the requirements of industrial production. Meanwhile, the automation control is realized, which saves time and cost, and it improves the efficiency of production.
