士的宁背景下电针对大鼠脊髓Fos样蛋白表达的影响  被引量:4

摘  要:采用免疫组织化学ABC法 ,观察皮下注射甘氨酸受体拮抗剂士的宁后电针解溪穴 ,对大鼠脊髓背角Fos样蛋白表达的影响。结果发现 ,士的宁作用的背景下电针解溪穴诱发的Fos样蛋白在脊髓的L5、T12 和C8各节段均有表达 ,其标记最密集的区域主要在背角的Ⅱ、Ⅲ层 ,Ⅳ层亦有少量分布。提示在一定条件下 ,针感信息可能沿脊髓进行跨节段传递 ,其中背角Ⅱ、Ⅲ层的中间神经元可能是其传递的结构基础之一。Effect of electro-acupuncture on Jiexi point on Fos genetic expression of rat's spinal cord after subcutaneous injecting glycerin recipient antagonist stryc hnine was observed by adopting immunohistochemistry ABC. The results showed that c-fos evoked by electro-acupuncture jiexi point on the background of strychnine expressed on each neural segment of L 5、T 12 and C 8 in rat's spinal cord and the labeled cells were dense in laminae Ⅱ, Ⅲ and sparse in laminae Ⅳ. All these suggested that under the condition of the in tegrated acupuncture and drug,the needle sensation might transmit transganglioni cally in the spinal cord and the intermediary neuron in the laminae Ⅱ and Ⅲ of the spinal dorsal horn might be one of the structural basis of transmission.
