摘 要:以棉花纤维为模板,利用浸渍-热转化两步法制备了具有纤维结构的CoFe2O4磁性材料,并利用苯胺单体在CoFe2O4纤维材料表面的原位聚合制备了CoFe2O4/PANI复合纤维材料。借助SEM、XRD、FT-IR、四探针电导率仪及VSM等技术研究了材料的形貌、结构以及电磁性能等。结果表明,通过上述方法可以制备出CoFe2O4与PANI相间以化学键结合的复合纤维材料;复合材料兼具电、磁性能,在所研究的含量范围内,其电导率随CoFe2O4含量增加而降低,饱和磁化强度随之升高,复合材料的矫顽力均高于CoFe2O4,并随CoFe2O4含量减少而增加。复合材料良好的磁性能是材料的特殊微观形貌以及CoFe2O4、PANI二组分间相互作用等因素协同作用的结果。CoFe2O4 magnetic fibrous materials were prepared via a two-steps method by using the cotton fiber as the template, and PANI/CoFe2O4 composite fibrous materials were synthesized by in-situ polymerization process of the monomer AN on the surface of CoFe2O4 magnetic fibrous materials subsequently. The samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) ,X-ray diffraction(XRD) ,fourier transform-infrared(FT-IR) spectra,four-probe electrometer and vibrating sample magnetometer (VSM). The results indicated that there was some strong interaction between CoFe2O4 and PANI in the malerials. The materials possessed both conductivity and magnetism. In the range of CoFe2O4 content, the conductivity(a) decreased and the saturated magnetization(Ms) increased with increasing CoFe2O4 content, the coereivity(Hc) was higher than that of pure CoFe2O4 and increased with decreasing CoFe2O4 content. The improved magnetic property of the materials was the synergistic effect of the unique microscopic morphologies and the interaction between CoFe2O4 and PANI.
