摘 要:选取在蓄能型制冷空调中常用的石蜡制备了质量分数为30%的相变乳液,研究了石蜡相变乳液的微观形貌、粒度分布、蓄能特性以及在蓄能空调中的应用与优势。实验结果表明,制备的3种相变温度不同的石蜡乳液微粒粒径均分布在1~10μm之间。在6℃温差下,单位质量石蜡乳液相变蓄能量是水的1.8~3倍之间。该类型乳液具有较高的蓄能密度,可作为制冷空调相变蓄能与输运介质,在降低循环流量和动力能耗,实现节能型蓄能制冷空调方面具有一定的应用价值。The experiment selected three kinds of paraffin material which had different phase change temperature and prepared RT phase change emulsion(30wt%). The micromorphology, particle size distribution and energy storage char- acteristics of the three emulsion were studied. The application of the phase change emulsion in the energy-storage air condi- tioning was also explored. The results showed that the particles size was within the range of 1-10μm. The emulsions had a high heat capacity which was 1.8-3 times as high as that of water in a temperature difference of 6℃within the correspond- ing phase transformation temperature ranges. This type emulsion had a higher energy storage capacity and can be used as a latent heat storage or latent heat transport medium. The emulsions had extensive application value on energy saving.
