摘 要:采用凝胶-燃烧法合成了Sr2SiO4:Ce3+蓝紫色荧光粉,借助XRD、FE-SEM、荧光光谱仪对样品的晶体结构、形貌、光谱特性等进行了分析。结果表明:所得Sr2SiO4:Ce3+样品为正交晶系α′-Sr2SiO4纯相,平均粒径为1.5μm左右;样品的激发光谱为峰值位于251nm、276nm和353nm的近紫外宽带谱,归属于Ce3+离子的5d04f1→5d14f0跃迁;样品的发射光谱是峰值位于408nm的不对称单峰宽带谱,由400nm和429nm两个高斯峰组成,分别来源于Ce3+离子5d14f0向基态2F7/2和2F5/2能级的跃迁。此外,对Ce3+掺杂浓度、热处理温度和时间对Sr2SiO4:Ce3+发光性能的影响进行了讨论。The Sr2SiO4:Ce3+ purple blue light emitting phosphor was synthesized by gel-combustion method. The crystal structure, microstructure and spectrum characteristics were characterized by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD), field emission scanning electronic microscopy(FE-SEM) and spectrophoto-fluorometer. The results showed that the Sr2SiO4:Ce3+ sample belong to α′-Sr2 SiO4 with orthorhombic structure and average size was about 1.5μm, The fluorescence spectrum tests indicated that the excitation of the sample was a broad band with peak values of 251nm, 276nm and 353nm which were attributed to the typical 5d04f1→ 5d14f0 transition of Cea+. And the excitation of the sample was an asymmetric single-peak broad band with peak values of 408nm that it was blue light emitting which was made up of two Gauss fitted peaks,400nm and 429nm,which were attributed to the typical 5d0 4f1→5d14f0 transition of Ce3+. Effects of Ce3+ of doping concentration, heat treading temperatures and heat treading time on the emitting intensity of Sr2SiO4:Ce3+ sample were also discussed.
