摘 要:采用微波两步法合成了1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑六氟磷酸([Omim]PF6)离子液体,采用多种方法表征了离子液体的结构。研究了[Omim]PF6对模拟焦化含酚废水(苯酚、甲酚、二甲酚)的萃取,考察了反应体系相比、反应时间、温度、体系pH值、微波辅助反应时长对萃取效果的影响。结果表明:在体系相比为V离子液体∶V含酚溶液=1∶1.5,反应时间为10min,反应温度为20℃,体系pH值为6,微波辅助反应时间40s的条件下,对含酚溶液的萃取率可达99.86%,并且[Omim]PF6具有良好的再生性能。[Omim]PF6 ionic liquid was synthesized through two-step microwave reaction and ionic liquid synthesis conditions were optimized. The extraction of coking wastewater contained phenols (phenol, cresol, xylenol) by[Omim] PF6 was discussed. The effects of phase ratio, extraction time, temperature, pH and microwave assisted reaction time of aqueous solution on the extraction equilibrium were discussed. Results showed that under the conditions that phase ratio was V[omim]PF6 ; V Phenols solution = 1 : 1. 5, extraction time was 10rain, temperature was 20℃, pH was 6, and microwave assisted re- action time was 40s, the extraction rate can be up to 99.86%. FOrnim]PF6 had a good regeneration performance.
