摘  要:总结了国内外近年来相变微胶囊的制备方法、性能表征及相关改性的工作。目前常用的制备方法为原位聚合法、界面聚合法和凝聚法;性能表征主要是微胶囊的相变潜热相变温度、热稳定性、粒径和化学结构等。结合目前所开展的基础性研究工作,指出若要实现相变微胶囊的大规模工程装备,必须进一步研制出高导热率、壳体牢固的一类相变微胶囊;制备出稳定、低阻、高热容、高热导率的潜热型功能热流体,并进一步掌握这种流体的流动及强化传热机理。The preparation, characterization and modification of microencapsulated phase change materials (MEPC- Ms) in recent years were reviewed. The methods of in situ polymerization, interracial polymerization and coaeervation were employed to prepare MEPCMs in currently. The characteristics of phase change temperature, thermal stability, particle size and chemical structure were concerned for MEPCMs. Combined with the currently basic research works, the author indicated that the next steps should be focus on high thermal conductivity and solid shell MEPCMs for large-scale application. Meanwhile, the latent functional thermal fluid should have some characteristics of stabilization, low-resistance, high thermal capacity and high thermal conductivity. And the hydraulic characteristics and enhanced heat transfer mechanism also should be mastered.
