摘  要:当前,我国学术治理模式具有较为明显的学术锦标赛制特征,并对学术人员的学术发展具有重要影响。本文通过对某研究型大学的个案研究,试图揭示作为学术人员主体的大学青年教师在这种特定模式下学术发展的真实状态,并进而发掘背后的因果机制。研究认为:学术锦标赛制采取利益捆绑机制,将国家目标、大学组织目标和大学青年教师个体目标三者统一起来,产生强激励并促进学术产量繁荣;但学术锦标赛制也给大学青年教师的学术发展带来深层危机,即卓越主义捆绑了大学青年教师的灵魂,使他们部分放弃了培养人才的使命和学术责任,学术行为趋于急功近利,从而妨碍了真正的学术创新。China's academic governance model has obvious characteristics of academic championship system, and has an important impact on the academic development of academic staff. This research conducted a case study on a research-oriented university, trying to reveal the true state of young teachers" academic development in this particular mode, and explore the underling causal mechanisms. The Study suggests that academic championship system made that the national goal, university organizational goal and academic staff individual goal are bundled together to form a common benefit and generated strong incentives, so as to promote the overall prosperity of academic production. But the academic championship system also brought potential crises. Being excellent bundled the soul of young teachers, made them partly abandon their training mission and academic responsibility, and made their academic behavior tended to be profit-oriented, thus preventing a real academic innovation generated.
