全脊柱拼接X线平片对脊柱侧弯的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨脊柱拼接X线平片对脊柱侧弯的临床应用价值。方法 95例临床诊断为脊柱侧弯行脊柱拼接X线平片,所有患者均分别行站立正侧位、悬吊正侧位及仰卧左右侧屈位。采用全脊柱摄影功能软件,根据解剖标志及标尺完成无缝拼接,获取全脊柱X线平片。结果获得的全脊柱拼接X线平片图像清晰,解剖形态无失真,测量数据完整可靠。结论脊柱拼接X线平片能直观地显示脊柱整体解剖形态及侧凸部位,判断脊柱的平衡性和柔韧性,对脊柱侧弯的诊断、术前评估及预后判断具有一定的价值。[Objective] To study applied value of the spinal splicing X-ray plain film in scoliosis. [Method] Spine splicing X-ray plain film, including posteroanterior and lateral stand projection, posteroanterior and lateral suspension projection, right and left lateral flexion supine projection, were performed in 95 cases with scoliosis. With use of full spine photography function software and the reference of the anatomical marks and scale, seamless splic- ing was completed, and the whole spine X-ray plain film was obtained. [ Results ] The whole spine splicing X-ray image was clear, and the anatomical form in film was undistorted, and the measured data were integrity and reliable. [Conclusion] The spinal splicing X-ray plain film can intuitively show the whole spinal anatomical form and side convex parts, and be helpful for judging spinal balance and flexibility, and be valuable for preoperative evaluation and judgement of prognosis of seoliosis.
