摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师在不稳定型心绞痛介入术后合并股动脉假性动脉瘤患者的治疗中如何进行药学监护,保证用药的合理性和安全性。方法通过分析1例不稳定型心绞痛介入术后合并股动脉假性动脉瘤患者的临床治疗过程,为患者提供全方位的药学服务。结果药师对药历进行分析和提供药学监护,降低了药品不良反应的发生率,提高了医疗质量。结论临床药师个体化、全方位的用药服务,在提高医疗质量、预防潜在的危险、构建和谐的医患关系方面具有重要的作用。[Objective ] To discuss the approaches for pharmacist to carry out pharmaceutical care for patients with unstable angina after intervention associated with femoral artery pseudoaneurysmin an attempt to ensure the ra- tionality and safety of drug use. [ Methods ] Provided omni-directional pharmaceutical care for 1 case of patient with unstable angina after intervention associated with femoral artery pseudoaneurysm through analysis of the clinical treatment of this case. [ Results ] Pharmacist analysis on medication history and the pharmaceutical care provided by the pharmacist resulted in lower incidence of ADR and improved quality of medicalcare. [ Conclusion ] The individ- ualized omni-directional pharmaceutical care provided by pharmacist contributed to improvement of the quality of medical care, prevention ofihe potential risk and construction of harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
