[Objective] To investigate the liver fungal infection in dynamic enhanced CT imaging featuresand its clinical value. [Methods] 8 patients with clinically confirmed by fungal liver infections were scannedby MSCT dynamic contrast enhanced. CT imaging features of dynamic enhanced scanning in hepatic fungalinfection were analyzed. [Results] Most CT non-contrast enhanced scan images in 8 cases with hepatic fungal infection performance circular low density lesion and unclear boundary. Some diffuse small nodules dis-played difficultly. CT images in Tarterial-phase scan showed significantly ring enhancement, Center forstrengthening less or no enhancement and abnormal perfusion around. The tumor size and the number reducedin portal venous phase enhanced. Most lesions were still showed ring enhancement in delay phase. Diffusesmall nodules displayed more clearly the realm. Some of the bigger lesions enhanced light or no enhancement. In arterial phase scan. It isn't still no enhancement in portal venous and delayed phase. [Conclusion] Dynamic enhanced CT can well reflect the characteristics of fungal infection of the liver. It is easier to detectlesions in arterial and delay phase scan than vein phase. This method is very valuable as the diagnosis andtreatment of disease assessment.
