尿毒清胶囊对慢性肾功能衰竭患者血清CTGF、TGF-β1的影响

摘　　要：目的观察尿毒清胶囊对慢性肾功能衰竭患者的血清CTGF、TGF-β1的影响及疗效。方法 84例慢性肾功能衰竭患者随机分为两组:观察组42例在基础治疗的基础上加口服尿毒清胶囊;对照组42例在基础治疗的基础上加口服包醛氧淀粉。观察两组血清CTGF、TGF-β1、尿素氮(BUN)、血肌酐(Scr)、肌酐清除率(Ccr)变化及临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(85.7%vs 66.7%,P<0.05)。治疗后观察组BUN、Scr较对照组明显下降,Ccr较对照组明显升高(均P<0.05),观察组血清CTGF、TGF-β1水平较对照组明显下降(均P<0.05)。结论尿毒清胶囊能够明显改善CRF患者肾功能及肾纤维化,延缓慢性肾功能衰竭的进展。[Objective] To observe the effects of Niaoduqing capsule on serum CTGF, TGF-β1 and its therapeu-tic effect on chronic renal failure（CRF）. [Methods] 84 patients with CRF were randomly divided into two groups. 42patients in treatment group were treated with Niaoduqing capsule; the other 42 patients in control group were treatedwith Aixite. The blood urea nitrogen （BUN）, serum creatinine （CCr） and creatinine clearance rate （Ccr） were detectedand the therapeutic effects were observed in both groups. [ Results ] The total effective rate in treatment group wasobviously higher than that in control group （85.7% vs 66.7%, P 〈0.05）. Compared with those in control group, theBUN and Scr in treatment group decreased significantly （P 〈0.05）, and the Ccr in treatment group increased signifi-cantly （P 〈0.05）. After the treatment, the serum level of CTGF and TGF-β1 in treatment group were obviously de-creased （P 〈0.05）. [ Conclusions ] Niaoduqing capsule can significantly improve renal function and reduce the renalfibrosis in patients with chronic renal failure, so which can delay the progress of chronic renal failure.
