摘 要:为了研究高锰酸钾、赤霉素(GA3)、细胞分裂素(6-BA)和生长素(2,4-D)对君迁子(Diospyros lotus L.)种子萌发及实生苗生长的调控作用,利用正交试验设计原则,用不同质量分数梯度高锰酸钾和植物激素对君迁子种子进行处理,然后定期观察其发芽情况及实生苗长势,以期找到最佳处理组合。极差分析结果表明:对于提高发芽率而言,最佳处理组合为高锰酸钾质量分数0.2%,处理时间4 h,然后用1000 mg/L GA3处理15 h,再用40 mg/L的6-BA处理3 h,最后用100 mg/L的2,4-D处理30 min。方差分析结果表明:GA3质量浓度对种子的发芽率、实生苗苗高和实生苗叶片数量均有显著影响(P<0.05),说明GA3质量浓度是对种子萌发和实生苗生长影响最大的因素。发芽率与实生苗苗高和真叶数量分别呈极显著呈正相关(P<0.01),说明发芽率越高的种子其实生苗苗高越高,真叶数量越多。结果可以用于提高君迁子的实生繁殖效率,进而有利于柿的嫁接繁育工作的高效开展。In order to investigate the regulatory effect of potassium permanganate, gibberellin ( GA3 ), cytokinin (6-BA) and auxin (2,4-D) treatments on seed germination and seedling growth of dateplum persimmon (Diospyros lotus L. ), the seeds of dateplum persimmon were treated with different gradient concentrations of potassium permanganate and phytohor- mone solutions according to orthogonal design. By range analysis, the seeds soaked in turn in 0.2% potassium permanga- nate solution for 4 h, 1 000 mg/L GA3 for 15 h, 40 mg/L 6-BA for 3 h, and 100 mg/L 2,4-D for 30 min could make the best performance of germination rate among all the treatments used in our experiment. Significant differences ( P〈0.05 ) were found in the seed germination rate, the height of seedling and the number of seedling [eaves among different contents of GA3 , which, indicated that the content of GA3 was the most important factor that regulates seed germination and seedling growth. The seed germination rate was significantly (P〈0.01) correlated with the seedling height and the number of leav- es, which indicated that when the seed germination rate was higher, the seedling height and the number of leaves would be higher. These results are useful for improving seedling breeding of the dateplum persimmon, and may be relevant for improving the grafting of persimmon ( D. kaki).
