毛竹竹黄部位的界定

摘　　要：利用MoticSMZ-168图像测量系统．对1年生毛竹不同高度横切面上的维管束的分布密度、面积和周长进行测试分析。结果表明在靠近竹壁两侧均有出现明显的分界线，其中一年生毛竹竹黄与竹肉的分界线位于靠近竹内壁约1／7～1／3处，距竹内壁约2—3mm。With Motic SMZ-168 image system, we measured the changes of types of vascular bundles from four different posi- tions of PhyUostachys heterocycla and test indexes including the size, perimeter and the distribution density of vascular bun- dle. There is an obvious boundary near the bamboo wall on both sides. The boundary with inner and middle of bamboo is in the parts of 1/7-1/3, 2-3 mm far from the inner of bamboo.
