喜树不同器官次生代谢产物高效液相图谱的比较

摘  要:对喜树种子、喜树幼苗根、茎和叶片次生代谢产物的高效液相图谱进行了分析比较,共检测出24种次生代谢产物:其中5种为种子、根、茎和叶片的共有成分,2种为根、茎和叶片的共有成分,3种为根和茎共有的,2种为种子和茎共有的;但这些成分在喜树各部位的相对值均不同。喜树幼苗茎的高效液相图谱与喜树种子的相似度最高,喜树种子和喜树幼苗叶片的相似度最小。The experiment was conducted to analyzed the high performance liquid chromatograms (HPLC) of the secondary metabolites in seeds, roots, stems and leaves of Camptotheca acuminata. Twenty-four compounds were separated, five in the four organs, two in roots, stems and leaves, three in roots and stems, and two in seeds and stems. The contents are different in different organs. The similarity of chromatograms between seeds and stems is highest, and that between seeds and leaves is lowest.
