一种白头鹤血细胞计数方法的建立及应用

摘　　要：为了确定白头鹤红细胞数、白细胞数及白细胞分类计数的生理值,以便给患病的白头鹤提供必要的血液学诊断依据,采用了传统的直接稀释法对白头鹤红细胞进行了计数,应用新建立的白细胞分离法对白头鹤的白细胞进行了计数。经测定,白头鹤红细胞的数量为0.415×1012/L,白细胞的数量为2.84×109/L,中性粒细胞为0.986×109/L,嗜碱粒细胞为0.345×109/L,嗜酸性粒细胞为0.277×109/L,淋巴细胞为1.233×109/L。The experiment was conducted to get the data of hooded crane red blood cell count, white blood cell count, and white blood differential count in the health ones and provide the standard when hooded crane is in sick doing the blood diagnosis. The hooded crane red cells count was done by the dilution method, and the white cells count was done by new separation method. The red blood count of the hooded crane is 0. 415×10^12/L, the white blood count is 2.84×10^9/L, and the Neutrophil granulocyte, Basophil, Eosinophil, and Lymphocyte are 0. 986×10^9/L, 0. 345 ×10^9/L, 0. 277 ×10^9/L, and 1. 233×10^9/L.
