孤独症儿童母亲复原力及抑郁现状的分析

摘　　要：目的:分析孤独症儿童母亲的复原力与抑郁水平。方法:分别测量孤独症儿童母亲(研究组)和正常儿童母亲(对照组)的复原力和抑郁水平,并进行比较研究。结果:①研究组的复原力得分低于对照组。②研究组的抑郁程度高于对照组。③与学龄期儿童母亲相比,研究组中学龄前儿童母亲的抑郁程度更高、复原力更低,对照组内差异不显著;与对照组相比,研究组中低复原力的母亲更抑郁,受教育程度高的母亲复原力更低。结论:孤独症儿童母亲的复原力较低,抑郁程度较高,学龄前孤独症儿童母亲的心理健康状况更需要关注。Objective To analyze the resilience and depression grade of mothers of children with autism. Methods： The resiliences and depression grades of mothers of children with autism （ study group） and without autism （ control group） were measured respectively, and the results were compared. Results： The score of resilience in study group was lower than that in control group ; the grade of depression in study group was higher than that in control group ; in study group, compared with mothers of school children, the grade of depressionin mothers of preschool children was higher, and the resilience was lower, while in control group, there was no statistically significant difference; compared with control group, the grade of depression in mothers with low resilience in study group was higher, the resilience of mothers with high educational level was lower. Conclusion： The resilience of mothers of children with autism is relatively low, and the grade ofdepression is relatively high; the mental health status of mothers of preschool children with autism needs more attention.
