摘　　要：目的探讨子宫内膜异位症（EMs）患者外周血TNF-α作为疾病诊断和判定分期指标的可能性。方法：筛选最近10年EMs患者外周血TNF—α测定的文献进行Meta分析，比较其在EMs患者和正常育龄期妇女外周血中的区别，以及在不同EMs分期患者外周血中的区别。结果：EMs患者外周血TNF—α较正常女性显著增高，且Ⅲ-Ⅳ期明显高于Ⅰ-Ⅱ期。结论：TNF—α与EMs的发生、发展密切相关，测定患者血中的TNF—α对EMs的诊断、分期乃至治疗等方面都具有-定的意义。Objective To explore the probability of tumor necrosis factor - α （ TNF - α） in peripheral blood as an index of diagnosis and staging determination of endometriosis. Methods： The literatures about TNF - α detection in peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis in recent ten years were retrieved for Meta analysis, the differences of TNF -α expressions in peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis and peripheral blood of normal women of childbearing age and TNF - α expressions in peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis of different stages were compared. Results： TNF - α expression level in peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis was significantlyhigher than that in peripheral blood of normal women of childbearing age ; TNF -α expression level in peripheral blood of patients with endo-metriosis of stage III - IV was significantly higher than that in peripheral blood of patients with endometriosis of stage I - II. Conclusion ：TNF - α is closely correlated with occurrence and development of endometriosis, TNF - α detection in peripheral blood has a certain signifi-cance in diagnosis, staging and treatment of endometriosis.
