摘　　要：大型真菌是广泛分布于世界各地的一大类真核微生物,种类繁多,总数在十万种以上。随着人们对真菌认识的不断深入,许多种真菌已在人们的生活中发挥了重要作用。从新疆分布的大型真菌中筛选出33种具有重要经济价值(食用、药用或剧毒)和重要学术研究价值的珍惜物种,介绍了这些大型真菌的形态特征、地理分布、经济用途,其主要目的是希望人们通过以保护栖息环境为主的就地保护和以菌种保藏、人工栽培为主的迁地保育等方式加强对这些真菌物种的保护。Macrofungi are the major group of eukaryotic organisms that is extensively distributed all over the world.There are more than one hundred thousand species of macrofungi.Along with deepening understanding of the fungi,many kinds of fungi have played an important role in people＇s life.The morphological characteristics,geographical distribution and economic use of 33 species of macrofungi that are with significantly economic （i.e.food,medicine,poison） and academic research value were introduced.The main purpose is to promote macrofungus conservation through habitant and environmental protection.
