摘 要:针对数据中心用蒸汽压缩/热管复合型环控机组系列产品研发的需要,在分析国内外学者相关研究成果的基础上,建立了平行流换热器的计算模型,设计了外侧为热管冷凝器、内侧为制冷冷凝器的组合式平行流换热器,建立了30kW热管复合型制冷模块实验系统,进行了室外侧环境温度为35℃、10℃和16℃的压缩式制冷、热管制冷和热管复合制冷的工作性能实验。结果表明,所设计的组合式冷凝器达到预期指标,验证了设计计算模型的可靠性,为平行流冷凝器在大型热管复合环控机组中的工程应用提供了依据。Aimed at the research and development needs of series products for the data center with steam compression/heat pipe compound control unit, based on the analysis of the domestic and foreign scholars" relevant research results, the calculation model of the parallel flow heat exchanger was established , a combined heat pipe condenser which the inside was heat pipe condenser and the outside was refrigerant condenser was designed, an experimental system of the 30kW heat pipe combined refrigeration module was established. The compression refrigeration at 35℃, 16℃ and 10℃ of the outdoor side was experimented. The result shows that the combined heat pipe condenser achieves the expected indicator, verifies the reliability of the designed calculation model, provides the basis of the parallel flow condenser applied in large composite control application.
