摘　　要：针对工业炉内特殊的燃烧环境 ,从消除烟气影响切入 ,建立了红外计算模型 ,并利用红外热像仪获得运行状况中炉管表面二维温度场及其变化特征 。This paper considered the special burning situation inside industrial furnace firebox and established infrared calculation model with elimination of the influence of flue gas. 2 dimension temperature distribution field and change characteristics of furnace tube temperature in operation was obtained with infrared thermovision , which provides scientific basis for the optimization of process operation.
