摘　　要：介绍了单组分聚氨酯防水涂料的性能特点及合成工艺,探究了—NCO/—OH摩尔比、N220/330N质量比、预聚体—NCO含量及增塑剂DBP对防水涂膜力学性能的影响。讨论了防水涂料的常见病态及其预防方法,指出要重视涂料生产、施工中常见的病态,做好预防措施,以保证涂料良好的装饰效果。Performance characteristics and synthetic processes of monocomponent polyurethane waterproof coatings are intro- duced in detail. And the effects of molar ratio of 2-NCO/-OH, mass ratio of N220/330N,-NCO group content,the plasticizer DBP on physical performance of the waterproof coatings were studied. In addition,familiar defects and prevention methods of monocomponent polyurethane waterproof coatings were. discussed, The research noted that,great attention should be paid to the fa- miliar defects of paint production and paint application. And prevention before it starts. It can guarantee the perfect facade of coating decoration.
