摘 要:针对根据规范《桥梁球型支座》(GB/T 17955-2009)中给出的球型支座转动力矩估算公式算得的转动力矩值与试验值存在较大误差的问题,对球型支座转动力矩公式进行改进。根据2个基本假定(球冠曲面所受压力沿曲面均匀分布,方向指向球心;球冠平面对转动板的压力为梯形分布),建立球型支座转动的理论分析模型,通过理论推导得到球型支座转动力矩的计算公式,并根据实际支座的参数范围对公式进行了一定的简化处理。通过对简化公式的分析及试验可知,简化公式考虑了球冠曲面和平面2个表面摩擦力对转动力矩的影响,与规范公式相比,其计算结果更接近于试验值,证明了其合理性和准确性。The formula for the rotating torque of spherical bearings is improved in view of the problem that there exists a considerable error between the rotating torque value calculated according to the estimation formula given in the code of Spherical Bearings for Bridges (GB/T 17955- 2009) and the test value. Based on the two fundamental assumptions that the pressure on the curved surface of a spherical cap is uniformly distributed along the curved surface, its direction points to the spherical center and that the pressure on the rotating plate imposed by the flat surface of the spherical cap is distributed in right trapezoid, the theoretical analysis model for the rospherical cap on the rotating torque are taken into account. As compared to the estimation formula given in the code, the rotating torque value calculated according to the simplified formula is closer to the test value, verifying that the simplified formula is reasonable and accurate.
