乐观主义-悲观主义量表在成年健康女性中的应用

摘　　要：目的:检测乐观主义-悲观主义量表(OPS)在成年健康女性中的信效度。方法:用OPS、流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)和贝克焦虑量表(BAI)对672名成年健康女性施测,间隔4周后,随机选取68例被试重新施测OPS。结果:OPS总量表的Cronbach’sα系数为0.84,乐观主义和悲观主义分量表的α系数分别为0.76、0.81;总量表的重测信度为0.85,乐观主义和悲观主义分量表的重测信度分别为0.72、0.74;总量表的条目间平均相关系数为0.32,乐观主义和悲观主义分量表的条目间平均相关系数为0.40、0.42。OPS总分与乐观主义、悲观主义分量表得分的相关系数分别为-0.80、0.90;两分量表得分的相关系数为-0.46。验证性因素分析各拟合指数为:χ2/df=3.783,GFI=0.955,IFI=0.945,TLI=0.930,CFI=0.945,RMSEA=0.064,均符合测量学要求,支持该量表两因素模型的理论构想。乐观主义、悲观主义分量表得分与流调中心用抑郁量表(CES-D)、贝克焦虑量表(BAI)得分均显著相关,相关系数在-0.40到0.38之间。结论:OPS在成年健康女性中具有良好的信度、效度。Objective To assess the reliability and validity of the Optimism-Pessimism Seale（OPS） in healthy adultwomen. Methods： The OPS, CES-D and BAI were administered to 762 women, and four weeks later, the OPS was randomly readministered to a subset of the original sample（n=68）. Results： The Cronbaeh ＇ s alpha coefficient of the OPS for the total scale was 0.84 and for the two subscales was 0.76 and 0.84; the test-retest reliability of the OPS was 0.85, and the test-retest reliability of the two subscales was 0.72 and 0.74; the mean inter-item correlation coefficient of the OPS was 0.32,and the mean interitem correlation coefficient of the two subscales was 0.40 and 0.42. The correlation coefficients betweenOPS and its subscales were -0.80 and 0.90; and the correlation coefficient between the two subseales was -0.46. Indices ofconfirmatory factor analysis all met the standard of psychometrics（χ2/df=3.783, GFI=0.955, IFI=0.945, TLI=0.930, CFI=0.945, RMSEA=0.064） and supported the original OPS structural hypothesis of the two factors model. The correlation coefficients between the subseales of OPS and CES-D, the subseales of OPS and BAI ranged from-0.43 to 0.38. Conclusion：The OPS is a reliable and valid assessment of optimism and pessimism tendency in healthy adult women.
