部队突发疫情伤病员心理影响调查与护理对策研究

摘　　要：目的:观察部队突发疫情伤病员心理健康状况的变化。方法:采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)和自行制作的部队伤病员的心理自评量表。对感染疾病的部队伤病员心理状况进行调查。结果:三组伤病员在躯体化、焦虑、人际敏感和恐惧、抑郁等方面因子与军人常模比较,得分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在突发疫情伤病员心理影响相关因素分析中,12项相关因素的相关系数均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。提示部队突发疫情时,伤病员普遍感到焦虑、恐惧、抑郁,其中对隔离感到恐惧,担心预后,担心不被医护人员重视、关心,担心受到歧视是主要原因。结论:在应对突发疫情时,不仅要关注救治疾病,控制疫情,还应重视伤病员的心理健康状况,建立全方位、个体化的心理干预体系,做好心理卫生保障,促进伤病员身心健康。Objective To observe the army soldiers＇ psycho logic status changes when emergency epidemic happened in army. Methods To investigate the psycho logic status of the infected army soldiers with symptom self-assess questionnaire and psycho logic status self-assess questionnaire designed by ourselves. Results Somatization, anxiety, sensitivity and fear for interpersonal relationship and depression in 3 groups of infected soldiers have statistical significance （P 〈 0.05 ） compared with healthy soldiers. Correlation coefficient of 12 factors related to psychology in the 3 groups of infected soldiers also have statistical significance （ P 〈 0.05 ） compared with healthy soldiers. This study suggested that anxiety ,fear and depression are universal in infected soldiers. Fear to be separated, not be much accounted of and care for by doctors and nurses, and fear for to be discriminated are principal causes. Conclusion When emergency epidemic happened, it is important that not only to treat the disease and confine the epidemic status but also to pay more attention to the infected soldiers＇ psycho logic status and set up a all-wave and individual psychological intervention system to ensure psychological well-being of the infected soldiers.
