摘　　要：为确保绝缘子胶装部位的牢固性,提高结合强度,现多采用瓷件胶装部位上砂结构,以增大胶合剂与瓷件之间的摩擦阻力,避免绝缘子在使用过程中因受力使瓷件与法兰之间松动。所用瓷砂通常分为圆砂和方砂。目前,行业内基本上是采用方砂。而国外许多高端客户认为,圆砂会提高绝缘子强度,要求提供圆砂绝缘子产品。因此,开展了圆砂的配方研究与开发工作。In order to ensure the fastness of insulator＇s cementing part and enhance strength, the two ends of most porcelains are overlying sand at present, which can enlarge the bonding the fractional drag between the adhesive and porcelain piece, the loose appears between the porcelain piece and the flange during the operation due to external force can be divided into square sand and ball sand. So far, square sand avoided. In general, the porcelain sand are is mainly used in the industry. But high-end customers abroad think that the ball sand can increase the insulators＂ strength, and placed an order for ball sand insulators. Therefore, a series of formulate research and development work are carried out.
