摘  要:目前10kV柱式瓷绝缘子局部放电带电测试主要依靠红外测温.针对此方法缺陷检出率低的弊端提出了非接触式超声波检测方法。在简单介绍了超声波产生、传播、检测原理的基础上对超声波传感器和声聚能器进行了设计和选型.同时对检测灵敏度的影响因素进行了试验研究。结果表明:传感器最宜采用中心频率为40kHz的压电陶瓷传感器;信号定向聚焦、远程拾音采用抛物面聚焦方式进行;检测最佳距离为4~8m;检测角度不得超过40°。At present,PD test of 10 kV post porcelain insulator is mainly relay on IR test, according to its disadvantage of low rate of defect detection, the non-contact Ultrasonic test method is proposed. Based on a brief introduction of the generation, transmission and testing principle of ultrasonic, ultrasonic sensor and concentrator are designed and selected, meanwhile the factors affecting the detection sensitivity are tested and studied.The results show that: the most suitable sensor is piezoeletric ceramic sensor which has the center frequency of 40 kHz, Directional focusing and remote pickup of the signal are carried out by using parabolic focusing methods ,the best detecting distance is 4-8 m,the detecting angle shall not exceed 40°.
