催化氧化处理磨矿含砷废水的工程试验

摘  要:磨矿工艺产生的废水中含有砷和COD等,不能直接进入氰化工艺阶段,需进行处理。分别采用活性炭静态吸附法和空气-活性炭催化氧化法对磨矿含砷废水进行了处理,研究了2种方法的处理效果及影响因素。结果表明,活性炭静态吸附法对水中总砷的吸附能力差,处理出水不能达标排放;而单一的空气-活性炭催化氧化法处理效果也不佳,但经酸化预处理后,处理出水中各污染物浓度均达到排放标准的要求。The wastewater from ore grinding process containing arsenic and COD, etc. cannot enter the cyanidationprocess stage directly and needs treatment. Therefore, the wastewater containing arsenic from ore grinding processshould be treated by active carbon static adsorption method and air-activated carbon catalytic oxidation method. Theremoving effect and influencing factors of the two method is investigated. The results show that the removing capacityof activated carbon static adsorption method for total arsenic in water is poor, and the treated effluent cannot reachthe discharge standard. In addition, the treatment effect of single air-activated carbon catalytic oxidation method isnot good either. Nevertheless, after the wastewater has been treated by acidification pretreatment, all of the pollutantconcentrations in the treated effluent can meet the requirements of discharge standard.
