摘 要:提出了一种基于电渗析离子转型的水质氨氮检测方法。该方法以电极测定法为基础,利用电渗析电解原理,通过离解去离子水生成强碱性电解水,再与待测水样混合进行测定。实验结果表明该方法检测0.1—10mg/L范围内的氨氮,相对标准偏差〈4%,加标回收率在97%-105%,相对于国标法的偏差在4%以内,满足在线分析测试的要求。A method for the detection of ammonia-nitrogen in water on base of electrodialysis ion transition has been presented. The method is carried out on base of electrode determination, by using electrodialytic electrolysis principles, producing strong-alkaline electrolytic water through decomposing deionized water, and then mixing with the water samples to be tested. The experimental results show that for the detection of ammonia-nitrogen in the range of 0.1-10 mg/L, the relative standard deviation is less than 4%, the standard recovery rate is between 97% and 105%, and the deviation is within 4% compared with the international standard method. The method can meet the require- ments of on-line analysis test.
