摘 要:对一种应用于三相电压型脉宽调制(pulse width modulation,PWM)变流器的零电流开关(zero current transition,ZCT)软开关技术进行深入理论分析,通过数学推导和实验验证指出,由于功率器件二极管反向恢复和结电容的影响,理想的软开关过程很难实现,特别是在大功率应用场合。研究表明,虽然采用此ZCT软开关技术可减小主开关管的部分开关损耗,但却引入了多个二极管的反向恢复,总体效率能否提高与功率器件二极管反向恢复电荷和结电容大小有关。This paper gave thorough analysis on a zero current transition (ZCT) soft-switching technology in three-phase voltage source PWM converters. Based on the mathematical derivation and experimental verification, it can be proved that the ideal soft-switching transition is hard to be achieved because of the impact of diode reverse recovery and power device's junction capacitance, especially in high power applications. The research shows that, although the switching losses of the main power devices are reduced by using the ZCT soft-switching technology, several diode reverse recovery losses are added, and the overall efficiency are associated with the power device's junction capacitance and the diode recovered charge.
