摘 要:提出一种双向全桥CLLLC谐振型直流变换器,在保持LLC谐振变换器高效率和高功率密度等优点的同时,具备双向传输能量的能力。所提的变换器无论正向还是反向工作,不需任何缓冲电路即可实现软开关。在采用基波分析法对所提CLLLC谐振变换器电压增益特性、软开关实现条件和变换效率进行分析的基础上,针对其在直流变压器中的应用提出相应的参数优化设计方法。搭建一台1 kW、400~48 V的实验样机,实验结果证实了所提结构和设计方法的可行性和有效性。该CLLLC谐振变换器样机在双向工作模式时的最大效率可达95%。A bidirectional full-bridge CLLLC resonant converter is proposed based on the LLC resonant converter due to its advantages in achieving high efficiency and high power density. The proposed converter is fully soft switched and totally snubberless. Aiming at the application to DC-DC transformers, an improved design method is proposed based on detailed analysis about CLLLC converter’s voltage gain characteristic, soft switching restriction and efficiency with the first harmonic approximation method. Finally, a prototype which interfaces 400~48 V dc buses with a power rating of 1kW was built. Using the prototype converter, experimental results were obtained to verify the performance of the proposed topology and design method. The highest applicable conversion efficiencies for the bidirectional operational modes exceed 95%.
