益胃祛瘀消痰方对慢性萎缩性胃炎大鼠胃组织细胞凋亡及相关基因表达的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究益胃祛瘀消痰方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎的作用机制。方法:将实验大鼠随机分为正常组、模型组、益胃祛瘀消痰方高、低剂量组以及维霉素组、三九胃泰组,采用复合因素造模法复制大鼠慢性萎缩性胃炎模型,观察各组大鼠胃组织病理形态学、胃组织细胞凋亡及相关基因Caspase3、Bcl-2和Fas蛋白表达的变化。结果:模型组大鼠胃组织细胞凋亡率明显升高,Caspase3和Fas蛋白表达增强,Bcl-2蛋白表达减弱,益胃祛瘀消痰方能降低胃组织细胞凋亡率,减弱Caspase3和Fas蛋白表达,增强Bcl-2蛋白表达。结论:益胃祛瘀消痰方可通过调控Caspase3、Bcl-2和Fas的蛋白表达,以降低胃组织细胞凋亡率,为该方治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎提供了实验依据。Objective： to study the functional mechanism of Yiwei Quyu Xiaotan formula in treating chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods： The experimental mrs were divided into control group, model group, formula of high-dose group, formula of low-dose group, Weimeisu group and Sanjiu Weitai capsule group. Composite factor modelmaking method was taken to make model rats with chronic atrophic gastritis. Observe the pathomorphology, apoptosis, expressions of Caspase3, Bcl-2 and Fas in stomach tissues. Results： Apoptosis rate of model group significantly increased, Caspase3 and Fas expressions enhanced, Bcl-2 weakened, while the formula could decrease the apoptosis rate, weaken the Caspase3 and Fas expressions, and enhance Bcl-2 expression. Conclusion： Yiwei Quyu Xiaotan formula can provide experimental basis for treatment of chronic atrophic gastritis by regulating Caspase3, Bcl-2 and Fas expressions and decreasing the apoptosis rate of stomach tissues.
