摘 要:采用相对分子质量不同的聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG)与甲苯二异氰酸酯合成聚氨酯预聚物,将该预聚物用甲基丙烯酸-2-羟乙酯(HEMA)封端后与甲基丙烯酸甲酯(MMA)、甲基丙烯酸丁酯(BMA)进行自由基聚合得到一系列交联聚合物。利用红外光谱(FT-IR)、力学性能测试及动态力学热分析(DMTA)等手段对交联聚合物进行了表征。聚氨酯/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PU/PMMA)交联聚合物具有较高的阻尼值和较宽的阻尼温域,当两组分的质量比为5∶5时,阻尼性能最佳。PU/PMMA交联聚合物的拉伸强度随聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯含量的增加而增加,断裂伸长率随其含量的增加而减小;聚氨酯/聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯(PU/PBMA)交联聚合物的拉伸强度随聚甲基丙烯酸丁酯含量的增加而减小,断裂伸长率随其含量的增加而增大。The polyurethane prepolymer was prepared by different relative molecular mass PPG and toluene diisocyanate. A series of crosslinked polymers were synthesized by the prepolymer with terminated HEMA, methyl methacrylate( MMA), butyl methacrylate (BMA) by free radical polymerization reaction. The blends were characterized by FT-IR, DMTA and mechanical measurement. Compared with pure polyurethanes cured by alcohols or amines, polyurethane/polymethacrylate had better damping property, such as higher damping factor and wider damping temperature range. The polyurethane/polymethacrylate showed optimum damping property when the weight ratio of two components was 5 : 5. It was found that the tensile strength of PU/PMMA increased with PMMA content increasing, but the elongation at break decreasing. However, the tensile strength of PU/PBMA decreased, and the elongation to break increased when the content nf PRMA increased.
