摘　　要：结合实际工程案例,介绍了旧砖混结构房屋安全性鉴定的方法,并对其适修性和安全性等级进行了评定,指出为保证房屋居住者的生命财产安全,现阶段对旧砖混结构住宅安全性的鉴定是非常必要的。Combining with the actual project, this paper introduced the safety identification method of old brick structure houses, and evaluated its repair ability and safety grade, pointed out in order to ensure the lives and property safety of houses residents, the identification to old brick structure houses security was very necessary at this stage.
