摘　　要：对农村住宅预应力空心板板缝开裂的原因进行了详细分析,从加强楼板质量控制、规范施工过程、计算板缝宽度以及养护管理等方面论述了防治预应力空心板板缝开裂的措施,以减少该类质量问题的发生。The paper has the detailed indication on the reasons for the slab cracks on the prestressed hollow slab in rural residential buildings, and illustrates the prevention measures for the cracks on the prestressed hollow slab from the enhancement of the slab quality control, specifica-tion for construction process the calculation of the slab width, and the maintenance management, so as to avoid quality problems.
