摘　　要：基于对雨水花园内涵的阐述,介绍了国外雨水花园的生存保障要求、生活发展需求和生态建设诉求,并结合国外雨水花园的实践案例,探讨了其对国内雨水花园功能认知、层级架构等方面所起的作用,最后指出雨水花园的建设对于生态环境的可持续发展具有战略性的意义。Base on elaboration on rainwater garden connotation, this paper introduced the survival security requirements, life development needs and ecological construction demands of foreign rainwater garden, and combining with the practice case of foreign rainwater garden, discussed its role to domestic rainwater garden function cognition, hierarchical structure and other aspects, finally pointed out that the rainwater garden con-struction had strategic significance for the sustainable development of ecological environment.
