摘　　要：针对EBZ200型远控掘进机的组成以及当前煤矿掘进工作面主要临时支护装置型式的优缺点.阐述了EBZ200型远控掘进机配套步进式(迈步式)超前临时支护系统的组成、工作原理、控制策略和工作性能等.该支护系统具有拆装方便、操作简单、全自动化、运动灵活、安全可靠、全断面支护、临时支护距离可调和可适应各种不同巷道超前临时支护需求的特点.其最显著的独创之处在于该临时支护系统的所有支撑油缸均具有断电自锁功能,在掘进巷道永久支护区出现大面积垮塌的危险情况下,架体支护剩余空间可作为当班工人的临时避难场所使用.This paper introduced the composition of the EBZ200 type remote control road header and the relative merits of main temporary support device type used in the coal mine tunneling faces, and systematically described the composition, working principle, control strategy and working performance etc. of the motor step-by-step （walking-step） drive advanced temporary support system with support of the EBZ200. This support system has many advantages, such as easy disassembling, complete automation, flexible movement, safe and reliable, whole section support, temporary support distance is adjustable and adaptive to the advanced support requirements of different coal tunneling faces. The most striking ingenuity in this system lays in the power self-locking function of every support cylinder, in the dangerous situations when the permanent support area of the drifting tunnel has a large area collapse accident, the remaining supporting space of the frame body can be used as the temporary refuge for the workers on duty.
