摘 要:现有的PTA废水处理工艺主要采用厌氧好氧结合的生物处理工艺,好氧系统由于受进水水质和水量波动的影响,系统运行仍缺少稳定性,很难保持稳定的出水水质和排放达标。另外现有好氧工艺处理的容积负荷小,水力停留时间过长,对难降解的有机物去除能力不强。膜-生物反应器用膜组件代替传统工艺中的二沉池,可以进行高效的固液分离,克服了传统好氧工艺中出水水质不够稳定、污泥容易膨胀的不足,具有很大的优越性。PTA wastewater treatment process using anaerobic and aerobic biological treatment process with the existing,the aerobic system is affected by the influent water quality and quantityfluctuation, system operation is still lack of stability, it is difficult to maintain the stability of the effluent water quality and emission standards. In addition small cubage load existing aerobic process , the hydraulic retention time is too long , organic place of refractory is not strong. The traditional process of two sink the pond with membrane components instead of membrane bioreactor , can carry out solid-liquid separation efficiency , overcomes the defects of the traditional aerobic process effluent quality is not stable enough , the sludge is easy to expansion , has great superiority.
