医药科研院所研究生党建工作探析

摘　　要：研究生党建工作是高校党建工作的重要组成部分,医药科研院所的研究生党建工作又有其自身的特点。中国医学科学院药物研究所党委针对研究生培养模式,在组织建设、人才培养和思想教育3方面力求创新,并对科研院所的研究生党建工作进行了理论探讨,积极探索适应时代发展的高校研究生党建工作有效途径。Party construction of graduate student is an important part of that in colleges and universities,pharmaceutical institutes have their own characteristics.Aiming at the training mode of graduate students,party committee of institute of Materia Medica in Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences does research on three aspects such as the organization construction,talent cultivation and ideological eduction to innovate.In order to actively explore effective ways of party construction fitting the development of the times among college students,it also has carried on the theory discussion on party construction for pharmaceutical institute.
