摘 要:目的探讨连续性床旁血液滤过(CRRT)对毛细血管渗漏综合征(CLS)患者全身氧代谢的影响。方法观察CLS患者连续性床旁血液滤过治疗前,治疗后6、12、24、48、72 h氧分压(PaO2)、中心静脉血氧饱和度(ScvO2)、血乳酸(LAC)、氧输送(DO2)、氧耗量(VO2)及氧摄取率(O2ER)的变化,并进行统计学处理,评价CRRT对CLS患者全身氧代谢的影响。结果 CLS患者经CRRT治疗6 h后PaO2、ScvO2、DO2升高(P<0.05),LAC明显下降(P<0.05);VO2在12 h后升高(P<0.05),O2ER在治疗24 h后升高(P<0.05)。结论 CLS患者全身组织器官氧代谢差,CRRT治疗能改善CLS患者的全身氧代谢,改善组织器官的功能。Objective To investigate the continuity of bedside hemofihration (CRRT) on capillary leak syndrome (CLS) affects systemic oxygen metabohsm in patients with. Methods The change of oxygen partial pressure (PaO2) and central venous oxygen saturation (ScvO2),blood lactate (LAC),oxygen delivery (DO2),oxygen consumption (VO2) and oxygen uptake rate (O2ER) in effects of CLS patients with continuous bedside hemofiltration before treatment,after treatment for 6 hours,12 hours,24 hours,48 hours,72 hours of were analyzed statistically,impact of CRRT on systemic oxygen metabolism in patients with CLS was assessed. Results The PaO2,ScvO2,DO2 in patients with CLS after 6 h of CRRT treatment were increased (P〈0.05),the LAC decreased significantly (P〈0.05),the VO2 increased at 12 hours (P〈0.05),the O2ER was increased at 72 h after treatment (P〈0.05). Conclusion CLS patients with systemic organ and tissue oxygen metabolism is poor, CRRT treatment can improve systemic oxygen metabolism, improve tissue functions.
