TDP电磁波治疗仪联合一次性载液抗菌器治疗压疮的效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨TDP电磁波治疗仪联合一次性载液抗菌器治疗压疮的临床效果。方法选择压疮者60例,随机分为两组,每组各30例,对照组使用单纯一次性载液抗菌器进行治疗,观察组则在对照组的基础上使用TDP电磁波治疗仪治疗,比较两组患者治疗后各级别压疮愈合时间,并统计两组的临床效果。结果观察组Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期愈合时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.05),观察组的总有效率为96.0%,显著高于对照组的43.3%(P<0.05)。结论 TDP治疗仪联合一次性载液抗菌器治疗压疮,临床起效快,效果可靠,是一种治疗压疮的可靠方法,值得临床推广。Objective To investigate the effectiveness of electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus TDP therapy combined disposable carrier liquid antibacterial for pressure sores. Methods 60 cases of pressure ulcers were divided into two groups,each group 30 cases,the control group was used simple disposable device containing liquid antibiotic treatment, the observation group was used electromagnetic therapeutic apparatus TDP on the basis of the control group,then all levels of pressure sores with healing time,and the clinical effect in the two groups were compared after treatment. Resuits The observation group with Ⅱ ,Ⅲ and Ⅳ healing time were significantly faster than control group （P〈0.05）,the total effective rate in the observation group was 96.7%,it was significantly higher than 43.3% in control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical of dlectromagnetic therapeutic apparatus TDP therapy combined disposable carrier liquid antibacterial for pressure sores is rapid onset,it can reliable the treatment result,it is a reliable method for pressure ulcers, so it is worthy of promotion.
