摘  要:目的分析本院门诊药学服务的现状,探讨提高药学服务质量的方法,促进医院药学服务的全方位开展。方法收集整理本院2011年6月~2013年6月药物咨询记录完整的资料共1147份,针对用药咨询内容进行回顾性总结与分析。结果药物咨询以门诊患者为主,占91.3%;咨询内容以用法用量和适应证方面为主,占53.7%;咨询方式多为窗口面对面咨询,占84.2%。结论目前本院门诊药物咨询服务能解决部分门诊患者,特别是特殊人群的用药疑虑,但存在形式单一、宣传不足及自身专业知识不足等问题,有待进一步改善。Objective To analyze the current situation of outpatient pharmaceutical care in our hospital and discuss the ways to improve the quality of pharmaceutical care in order to promote its comprehensive development. Methods 1147 records of complete data of drug consultation from June 2011 to June 2013 were collected and tidied and they were retrospectively summed up and analyzed. Results The outpatients took a large proportion in drug consultation accounting for 91.3%. The consulting details were mainly related to usage,dosage,and indications accounting for 53.7%.The way to consult was mainly face-to-face in medicine window with 84.2%. Conclusion At present,the current pharmaceutical care can solve the medication doubts of some patients,especially special populations. It has shortcomings like single form,lack of propaganda,and unqualified professional knowledge and so on and it needs to be further improved.
