摘 要:目的:了解攀枝花市城区中学生艾滋病相关知识和态度情况,为艾滋病防控工作的开展及策略调整提供依据。方法:采用流行病学现况研究,分别于2010、2013两年在本市城区中学校分层整群随机抽样,时中学生进行问卷调查,运用SPSS19.0统计软件对比分析其支滋病知识知晓及歧视态度情况。结果:2010、2013年共调查中学生910人,初中学校的知识知晓率高于职业高中及普通高中;高年级学生知识知晓率高于低年级;不同类型学校、不同年级学生的正确态度持有率间均有显著性差异(χ2=28.904,P〈0.001;χ2=7.706,P〈0.05);日常生活接触知识与性传播知识知晓情况影响态度改变。结论:攀枝花市开展的学校艾滋病防治干预措施总体有效促进了学生减少歧视,但正确态度持有率仍低于80%,需加强学生专题健康教育,注重艾滋病日常生活防治知识及性知识教育;打破年级界限,全面均衡教育。Objective To study KAP about AIDS of the middle school students and relational factors ,in order to provide science basis for policy adjustment on AIDS intervention. Methods Used in epidemiological studies, respectively in 2010, 2013 two years in the city's urban school questioned middle school students by stratified cluster random sampling, using SPSS19.0 contrast analysis of the knowledge about HIV/AIDS and discrimination. Results 910 high school students were studied in 2010 and 2013 years,Jun ior high school knowledge awareness higher vocational high school and ordinary high school~ Senior student knowledge than junior;Right attitude holding rate of different types of schools, different grade students had significant difference between (chi-- square =28. 904, P 〈 0.001;chi-square = 7. 706, P〈0.05) ; Daily contacting knowledge and sexually transmitted knowledge influenced attitude change. Conclusion school AIDS intervention measures effectively promoted the students to reduce discrimination, but the right attitude holding rate is still less than 80 %, We shoud strengthen health education and student projects focus on AIDS prevention and control of daily life and sex knowledge education; Breaking grade boundaries, providing comprehensive and balanced education.
