摘  要:智能电表时钟电池能够在掉电状态下为表内时钟芯片提供电源,时钟电池欠压将严重影响电表计时的准确性。文章分析了智能电表用锂电池的理论放电时间;根据现场运行表计时钟欠压故障案例,对导致电池欠压的原因进行深层次剖析;提出了能够有效减少欠压故障发生的措施,并重点对比了电池钝化与电池欠压的本质区别,最后提出一种新的电池运行状态在线监测的方案。Smart meter clock battery can achieve power supply for the clock chip when the power is down. The under- voltage problems of smart meter clock battery will affect the time accuracy seriously. Thetheoretical discharge time of lithium battery in smart meter has been analyzed, and the cause of under-voltage has been dissected in detail accord- ing to the meter clock fault case in field operation. The measures which will effectively reduce the under-voltage fault have been proposed in this paper, and the essential difference between the battery passivation and battery under-volt- age has been compared in depth. Finally, a new online battery monitor scheme has been put forward.
