摘　　要：通过对现场润滑现状的调研,分析了影响换油周期的主要因素,抓住润滑油在生产现场取样、检测等关键环节,以保证在用油的油品品质为出发点,进行了发动机在用润滑油品质的确定和换油方法的改进等多个方面的实践,延长了润滑油的使用周期,在保证设备良好润滑的同时,节省了油料成本,产生了良好的经济效益。The main factors influencing the engine lubricating oil replacing cycle are analyzed according to the investigation of the current situation of engine lubricating oil use. The quality of lubricating oil in use is ensured through strengthening field sampling and detecting. The use cycle of engine lubricating oil is lengthened by determining the quality of lubricating oil in use and improving oil replacing method, which not only ensures the good lubrication of engines but also saves the production cost in lubricating oil, so good economic benefit is obtained.
