摘  要:为了系统分析文丘里管的水力特性,在相关研究现状的基础上,利用ANSYS-CFX商业软件对其展开数值模拟。详细计算研究了文丘里管流量计流出系数的变化规律、流量—水头差关系曲线拟合优化以及文丘里管结构参数对流动特性的影响等问题。并详细论证推导了文丘里管理论经验计算式,将数值模拟结果与经验公式计算值进行对比验证,两者吻合度高,误差基本控制在8%以内,并弥补了经验计算式无法准确计算低雷诺数工况的缺陷。研究表明数值模拟研究可为工程实际及文丘里管的优化设计研究提供实质性的建议与指导。The hydraulic characteristics of Venturi tube is numerically simulated using ANSYS-CFX based on previous researches. The varying law of the efflux coefficient of Venturi flowmeter, the flow rate--water head difference fitting curve and the influence laws of the structural parameters of Venturi flowmeter on the flow characteristics of fluid are obtained. The pressure drop calculation formula of Venturi tube is derived, the simulated inlet pressure and throat pressure are compared with the calculated inlet pressure and throat pressure, and it is shown that their match degree is high, and the relative error between them is less than 8%. The numerical simulation method remedies the shortcoming of the pressure drop calculation formula by which pressure drop can not be accurately calculated when Reynolds number is small. The numerical simulation study of Venturi tube can provide guidance for engineering practice and the optimization design of Venturi tube.
