摘　　要：从计量管理制度与标准、计量机构、计量人员、计量器具、油气生产计量、能源计量、贸易交接与关联交易计量、石油工程计量等方面阐述了胜利油田计量管理工作现状,分析了目前计量管理模式中存在的不足,并从完善管理制度、加强计量器具配备与监督、提升计量数据层次等方面提出了改进措施。The present situation of metering management in Shengli Oilfield are expounded from metering management system and standards, metering institutions, metrologists, metering instruments, oil/gas production measuring, energy resource measuring, trade transition and connected transaction measuring and petroleum engineering measuring. The shortcomings of current metering manage- ment mode are analyzed, and some improvement measures are proposed from perfecting management system, equipping with sufficient metering instruments, strengthening the management and supervision of metering instruments and improving the management level of measurement data.
